Paco Craig, a native of London, England, played men’s soccer for the Mountain Lions from 2013 to 2015, finishing his career with 17 goals and 14 assists for 48 points in 57 matches. He earned numerous accolades, including being named the 2013 PBC Freshman of the Year and the 2015 PBC Player of the Year. As a defender, Craig led the PBC with seven shutouts, ranked second in the league with 22 goals allowed, and posted a 1.04 goals-against average. He currently sits 10th in the all-time YHC NCAA DII record books in points and 11th in both goals and assists. Craig became the sixth Mountain Lion to play professionally when he signed with Louisville City FC in 2016, where he won back-to-back USL Cups in 2016 and 2017 and finished second in USL Defender of the Year voting both seasons. Paco, meanwhile, was named to the NSCAA All-America Team all three years of his career and, in his senior season, tied for sixth in the league in goals (7), ranked seventh in points (19), and ninth in assists (5). Paco is currently continuing his career as a footballer with Miami FC.
