Athletic Training for Visiting Teams
There will be a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) at every home sporting event or on call if there are multiple home events taking place at the same time. In the instance that an ATC cannot be at a home sporting event, a member of YHC athletic training staff will reach out to the home and visiting coach and exchange cell numbers as well as letting them know where they will be in case they are needed
If an ATC is not able to travel with your team, please e-mail the Young Harris ATC that will be covering the event or send a letter outlining any treatment plans needed by your athletes. Also, please provide a kit with any necessary supplies. Each sporting event will have a nearby athletic training room or taping area.
