YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | Keypher Contreras powered the Mountain Lions offense in a dominant road sweep at Barton, delivering one of the most explosive series performances of the season. Keypher earned the Conference Carolinas Player of the Week nod after doing this much damage in just two games played.

Contreras finished the three-game set (2 games played) 7-for-9 at the plate with seven runs scored, nine RBI, four home runs and a triple, highlighted by a four-hit, three-home run performance in the series finale. He opened the weekend by driving in five runs and scoring three times before erupting the following day with a perfect 4-for-4 outing that included four runs scored and four RBI.

Across the series, Contreras posted a .778 batting average and an incredible 2.333 slugging percentage, leading the charge as Young Harris completed the sweep. Behind his offensive surge, the Mountain Lions improved to 11-3 overall and a perfect 6-0 in Conference Carolinas play.
