YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. |  Kamryn Bates has been named the Conference Carolinas Offensive Player of the Week following her performances this past week.

Kamryn Bates and YH Women's Basketball won both games this past week. The first, a win over Tusculum University, where Bates scored 15 points, and added eight assists, and three boards. In the second win over Barton, Kamryn scored 24 more points, racking up six assists, including shooting 4-5 from the three point line. Through both games, Bates scored 39 points, while adding 14 assists. 

The Mountain Lions Women's Basketball team has now rattled off four wins in a row to close out 2025 and open up 2026!
