YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | Young Harris College women's basketball standout senior, Annalise Malone has been named to the D2CCA All-Southeast Region Second Team; marking the second consecutive season the Mountain Lions forward has earned all-region recognition.
Malone was a key contributor during another successful season for Young Harris, helping lead the Mountain Lions to 22 wins under head coach Lindsey Huffman.
The sophomore averaged 13.6 points and 8.2 rebounds per game during the 2025-26 season. Her scoring average ranked 13th in Conference Carolinas, while her rebounding average placed fifth in the league.
Malone also ranked among the top players across the Southeast Region. She finished seventh in the region with an 82.8 free throw percentage while ranking fourth in total rebounds with 247 and eighth in rebounds per game.
Malone's all-region selection highlights another strong season for the Mountain Lions and continues her reign as one of the top forwards in the Southeast Region.
