YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | The Young Harris College baseball team put together a dominant weekend in the Enchanted Valley, sweeping King by scores of 11-0, 24-2, and 10-5.
The Mountain Lions piled up 45 runs while allowing just seven across the three-game series, improving to 27-7 overall.
Game One: Young Harris 11, King 0
Young Harris opened the series with a shutout victory on Friday night behind a complete-game gem from Cole Molina and a balanced offensive effort.
Jack Enrico got the Mountain Lions going with a two-run homer in the second inning before Drew Bray added an RBI single later in the frame. Young Harris added one in the third, three in the fifth, two in the seventh, and two more in the eighth to pull away.
Enrico finished 2-for-3 with three RBIs and two runs scored, while Jackson Morgan went 2-for-3 with three runs scored and an RBI. Bray drove in two, and Bryce Kingeter added a two-run single in the eighth.
Molina was dominant on the mound, tossing a complete-game shutout while allowing just four hits and striking out eight.

Game Two: Young Harris 24, King 2
The Mountain Lions exploded for 24 runs on 26 hits in Saturday's opener, including a 15-run fourth inning that blew the game wide open.
Young Harris scored three in the first, four in the third, 15 in the fourth, and two more in the fifth. Jeo Hernandez powered the offense with two home runs and six RBIs, while Carlos Martans went 4-for-4 with three RBIs. Jonny Smith also drove in three, and Keypher Contreras launched a three-run homer.
Bryce Kingeter added three hits and an RBI, while Drew Bray drove in three and scored three runs. Barrett Eldridge earned the win after throwing five scoreless innings and allowing just one hit.

Game Three: Young Harris 10, King 5
Young Harris completed the sweep on Saturday afternoon, using a four-run second inning and late insurance to put away the Tornado.
After falling behind 1-0 in the first, the Mountain Lions answered with four in the second. Jeo Hernandez drove in one with a groundout, Bryce Kingeter followed with an RBI single, and Drew Bray added an RBI single before Kingeter scored on an error.
Keypher Contreras added a sacrifice fly in the third, and Kingeter launched a solo homer in the sixth. Kade Smallwood delivered the biggest swing late with a two-run homer in the seventh, and Young Harris added two more in the eighth to close it out.
Kingeter led the way by going 3-for-4 with three RBIs and three runs scored, while Smallwood drove in three. Trey Griffin earned the win in relief after throwing four innings and allowing one run with four strikeouts.
