GREENWOOD, SC| The Mountain Lions Women's Golf team competed the last two days (March 23rd and 24th) in the Lady Bearcat Invitational at the Greenwood Country Club. Young Harris took home a tenth-place finish in a strong field with a three-round total of +163. Lander would take first-place in the tournament with a three-round total of +22.
INSIDE THE SCORECARD:

Lucy Wiegert led the Mountain Lions, taking home 37th place in the tournament with a strong three-round performance, posting a +9 on the scorecard in each round to finish at 27-over for the tournament.

Avery Cauwels gave Young Harris a strong performance, finishing in 52nd place at 42-over for the tournament. Cauwels posted a +17 in rounds 1 and 3 while posting a strong round two, shooting 8-over par.

The Mountain Lions will return to the course next week (March 30-31) when they travel to Ninety Six, Sc to compete in the Grand Harbor Classic at The Patriot Golf Club at Grand Harbor.
