YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | Aidan Vrazel has been named the Conference Carolinas Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week after leading the Young Harris College Mountain Lions at the highly competitive Southern Showcase hosted by Jacksonville State University in Huntsville, Alabama. The sophomore paced YHC with a time of 26:11.4 in the 8K race, finishing 229th overall in a deep field and helping the Mountain Lions set a program record for their fastest five-man average. Vrazel's performance anchored a determined team effort that saw Young Harris place 37th overall with a total time of 2:12:19, as the Mountain Lions continue to build momentum early in the 2025 season.
