Director of Track & Field/Cross Country Matt Logan reflected on the men's performance saying, "We set a program record for our fastest 5-man average, but I think it speaks to this group's ambition that we think there is more to give. It was my decision to have them go out so slow, and it was probably a tactical mistake. I'll wear that one. We worked through the field and had a good day even if it wasn't a great day. This group will get back to work and won't race again until October."

  • Lilian Arnold (FR) finished 434th with a time of 22:19.6 (Avg. Mile: 7:11.1, Score: 321).

  • Caroline Bass (JR) rounded out the top six with a 441st-place finish and a time of 22:48.1 (Avg. Mile: 7:20.3, Score: 328).

  • Coach Logan shared his thoughts on the women's performance saying, "The women's team kept a really tight spread and ran tough against some very good competition. This group will continue to get better as the season progresses."
