He was named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Team and is a finalist for CSC Academic All-America® honors, which will be announced April 15.

Cleveland was also selected to the Conference Carolinas First Team after leading the Mountain Lions to a 20-win regular season. He ranked among the league's top players with 576 points (19.9 PPG), 254 rebounds (2nd in the conference), 46 assists, 24 steals, and six blocks, all while logging a team-high 912 minutes.
