Box Score Sumter, SC. | Young Harris starts off on the right foot, dominating the Lions of Emmanuel University in the opening round of the Conference Carolinas tournament with a final score 4-0 (Apr 25^th). Samuel Guzon put on a show in both the doubles and singles matches, winning both in an efficient fashion. 
 
The Mountain Lions start their postseason campaign 1-0 after taking the opening round in the Conference Carolinas Men's Tennis Championship Tournament. The squad looks ahead to face Francis Marion University in the tournament quarterfinals.
  
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE: 

• Young Harris took two of three doubles matches from Emmanuel. The #1 slot of Mason Harmon and Samuel Guzon secured the victory 6-4 and the #2 slot of Noah Pawirodirjo and Caleb McCurry got the job done 6-2. 
• The Mountain Lions went one-two-three with singles wins, ending the competition early. Greyson Willams, Samuel Guzon, and Nills Vercruyssen pulled their weight.
• Williams defeated Terela Fratini de Castro 7(8)-6(6), 7-5.
• Guzon took down Emmanuel's Gomez 6-3, 6-3.
• Vercruyssen edged Pimenta 6-2, 6-3 in a quick manner.
