YOUNG HARRIS, Ga | The Mountain Lions hosted NGU in the quarter finals of the 2025 Conference Carolinas Tournament April 22nd. In the final minutes of the game Young Harris broke the tie, winning the game 14-13. Brooklyn Kiest is your player of the game, scoring the game winning goal and accumulating a total of 6 goals. Riley Parker, Sydney Craig, Ashlyn Fraley, Niah Anderson, and Jess Sujushi all found the back of the net, contributing to the victory. 

Young Harris College now moves to 11-6, while NGU drops to 7-10.

• Brooklyn Kiest strung together a dominant performance with 6 goals on 10 shots, picked up 1 ground ball, caused 2 turnovers, and had 1 draw control. 

• Riley Parker racked up 4 goals. 

• Ashlyn Fraley and Sydney Craig both added one goal each. 

• Addison Heiser also contributed 2 ground balls, 2 assists, and 1 draw control. 

• Both Jess Sujishi and Niah Anderson scored one goal on one shot.
