Box Score YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | It was a dominant day in the Enchanted Valley for the Young Harris men's tennis team as they took down the Shorter University Hawks by a final of 6-1 (Apr 16
th). The Mountain Lions recognized the lone senior on the team,
Caleb McCurry, who went out on a high note winning his singles match in two sets.
The Mountain Lions move to 6-15 overall and are 4-5 in Conference Carolinas.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
· Young Harris started off the match winning the doubles portion 2-1.
Greyson Williams and
Gregor Gottein won the exciting deciding set by a score of 7-6.
· Young Harris' single matches were highlighted by flawless victories from
Noah Pawirodirjo,
Greyson Williams, and
Caleb McCurry.
· Those three on lines two, three, and four all won their matches in two sets.
· The Mountain Lions also earned singles wins from
Samuel Guzon and
Mika Sheth.
UP NEXT: The Mountain Lions hit the road to Sumter, South Carolina to compete in the Conference Carolinas tournament.
