YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | Young Harris College kicked off their two-day bout vs. The BAC Crusaders and came away with an 11-0 victory on April 11. Zach Hart is your player of the game, striking out five and leaving no chance for the Crusaders to score. The Mountain Lions now improve to 29-11 overall and 16-6 in Conference Carolinas, while Belmont Abbey drops to 28-13 overall and 17-8 in the conference. 

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:   

• Jeremy Begora opened the scoring with a solo home run to left field in the third inning. 

• Kade Smallwood followed suit and added a second run with a solo homer to right. 

• In the fifth, Begora doubled to left center to bring in Drew Bray, making it 3-0. 

• Luke Hatcher followed with an RBI double to right-center, scoring Begora for a 4-0 lead. 

• In the seventh, Hatcher tripled down the right field line to score Begora and Bray, extending the lead to 6-0. 

• Smallwood singled to right to bring in Hatcher, making it 7-0. 

• Jack Enrico drove in two more with a single to right, scoring Jonny Smith and Smallwood. 

• Bray added an RBI double later in the inning, scoring Enrico to push it to 10-0. 

• In the eighth, Mark Castle grounded out to short but brought home Chase Jackson for the final run, sealing the 11-0 win.
