QUOTE FROM DIRECTOR OF GOLF JOHN LICHTENWALNER:
"Great week for us in terms of overall team progress. This is our best finish in a long time, and the final round is our lowest team score in many years. Abbie Arthur shot her career low round today, and Lucy Wiegert was able to add another runner up finish to her resume. We had a few great days of practice over spring break and it showed this week. Hoping to build on this next week at our final tournament of the regular season.
Individual Performances:
T2 – Lucy Wiegert | 76 (+5), 74 (+3) | Tournament Total: 150 (+8)
Wiegert continued her impressive season, earning a tie for second place with a steady two-round total of 150.
T17 – Tamara Brito | 80 (+9), 78 (+7) | Tournament Total: 158 (+16)
Brito showed her consistency once again, improving her score in the second round. Her solid play kept her in the top 20.
