SPARTANBURG, S.C. | The Mountain Lions secured a commanding 18-13 victory over Converse University on February 12, improving to 1-1 on the season. Riley Parker led the charge with a dominant offensive performance, recording seven goals and two assists to fuel Young Harris to the win. 

Young Harris held the edge in multiple statistical categories, showcasing their control over the game. The Mountain Lions outshot the Valkyries 41-28 and dominated on free-position shots, converting seven-of-nine.
