Kentucky Wesleyan Invitational Results

OWENSBORO, KY| Young Harris women's golf traveled to The Pearl Club in Owensboro, KY for the two-day Kentucky Wesleyan Invitational. The Mountain Lions finished fifth overall with Lucy Wiegert and Avery Cauwels having top ten individual performances. 

INSIDE THE SCORECARD: 

• Lucy Wiegert posted a T4 performance, using two rounds of 3-over golf to finish with a 6-over par score of 150. 

• Avery Cauwels finished T8 for the tournament, posting a 3-over round one and a 5-over round two to finish with an 8-over par 152. 

• Tamara Brito placed tied for 17th at 16-over par, using a round one +6 and a +10 round two. 

• Cameron Kimsey finished tied for 30th at +26 with a round one score of +9 and a +17 round two. 

UP NEXT: The Mountain Lions will return to action on Oct. 13 for the Newberry Women's Invitational in Greensboro, GA.
