Belmont, N.C. | The Mountain Lions fell to Belmont Abbey College 17-15 in Belmont, North Carolina on Saturday (Mar. 2) afternoon.
YHC fell to 2-4 overall and 0-1 in Conference Carolinas and BAC improved to 5-2 and 3-0. The Mountain Lions return to action on Tuesday (Mar. 5) at 5 p.m. where they take on UVA Wise in Wise, Virginia.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- The Mountain Lion leading scorers were Ella Hancock (9) and Belle Hardwick (5).
- YHC out-scored the Crusaders 4-1 in the third period and 5-3 in the fourth period.

Emma Pherson and Katelyn Miller each had five points for the Crusaders.

Belmont Abbey out-shot Young Harris, 41-29.
