Anderson, S.C.| Young Harris fell to the Trojans of Anderson University on Thursday (Feb. 8) evening, 19-7. Young Harris took an early lead in the first period, thanks to a goal by Emily Flint; Anderson took control in the first half from there, scoring six unanswered goals. The Mountain Lions fought back in the second half, but ultimately came up short.
The Mountain Lions drop to 1-1 on the season, while the Trojans advance to 2-0. Young Harris returns to action on Saturday (Feb. 10) afternoon against Newberry College in Newberry, S.C. at 1 p.m.
