Bristol, Tenn.| The Mountain Lions handled business once again on Saturday (Feb. 17) afternoon against the King University Tornado. Young Harris was trailing by nine points in the 1st quarter, in a game that featured nine lead changes; Kamryn Bates and Crystal Corley locked in for the Mountain Lions, to lead YHC to victory over King University. Young Harris eventually locked up the game in the 4th quarter, leading by 15 late in the game, and eventually claimed victory, 73 to 62, in what was a close game throughout.
The Mountain Lions improved to 13-12 overall and 9-6 in Conference Carolina play. King University fell to 2-23 and 1-14 in conference play. YHC returns to action next Wednesday (Feb. 21) evening where they face off against the Emmanuel University Lions at 5 p.m. in Young Harris.

Crystal Corley scored 19 points in 31 minutes of action, while also adding nine rebounds and four steals.

Kamryn Bates scored 18 points for YHC, shooting 7-10 from the field, while adding five assists.

Brianna Dunbar led the Tornado with 18 points and five assists.

Young Harris led in the matchup for twenty-four minutes and fifteen seconds.

The Mountain Lions dominated in the paint, scoring 48 points.
