PEMBROKE, N.C. | The Young Harris College baseball team elevated 11 positions to No. 11 in the latest National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association NCAA Division II Top 25 poll.
The Mountain Lions, who are ranked No. 17 in the latest Collegiate Baseball poll, have won eight consecutive games and currently sit at 33-11 overall and in first place in the Peach Belt Conference with a 21-6 ledger.
The No. 11 ranking is the highest-ever in any poll in the Mountain Lions' NCAA Division II era.
Young Harris returns to action Friday (April 21) as they open up a three-game conference series with a 6 p.m. contest against Lander University in Greenwood, South Carolina.
