TUSCON, Ariz. | Young Harris College moved up four positions to No. 20 in the latest Collegiate Baseball Division II Coaches Poll.
The Mountain Lions, who are 16-5 overall and 6-0 in the Peach Belt Conference, swept a three-game series with Augusta University last week. YHC beat the Jaguars by scores of 13-3 (7 innings), 10-6 and 12-8.
YHC is one of two Peach Belt schools in the top 30 as Columbus State University is ranked fifth. The University of Tampa is ranked No. 1 in the poll.
Young Harris returns to action Tuesday (March 15) when they host Tusculum University at 2 p.m. (NOTE new start time) at Zell B. Miller Field.
