Mountain Lions fall to Sailfish 13-8

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. | The Young Harris College women's lacrosse team fell to Palm Beach Atlantic University 13-8 in a non-conference game Friday (Feb. 4) evening at Rinker Athletic Campus.

The Sailfish improved to 1-0 while the Mountain Lions fell to 0-2. Young Harris returns to action Sunday (Feb. 6) with a noon match against No. 8-ranked Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:

Taylor Greenberg and Ella Hancock led the Mountain Lions with two goals each.
Kinsley Purser, Emily Flint, Ruthie Mandell, and Ashley Fraley each recorded one goal.
Purser had three assists, while Greenberg dished out one.
Rachel Robb recorded 15 saves in net for the Mountain Lions.
Gwenyth Gibbons picked up four ground balls while Sarah Beckwith scooped up three.
Hancock and Purser led the Mountain Lions with four draw controls each. Felisse Richard had three.
