HARROGATE, Tenn. | Carson-Newman University picked up a 6-1 non-conference men's tennis victory Friday (Feb. 11) afternoon over Young Harris College.
The Eagles improved to 2-1, while the Mountain Lions slipped to 2-1. Young Harris returns to action Saturday (Feb. 12) with a 4 p.m. match against Tusculum University.
INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:
- Even though the Eagles picked up the doubles point, Young Harris' tandem of Romeo Luque and Pieke Bouman earned a 6-4 win at No. 3 doubles.
- Bouman picked up the YHC point at No. 1 singles as he recorded a 6-4, 7-5 victory.
