Box Score JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. | Young Harris College easily defeated Carson-Newman University 8-1 in a non-conference men's tennis match Tuesday (Feb. 6) afternoon at the Buddy Catlett Tennis Complex.

The Mountain Lions improved to 2-0, while the Eagles fell to 0-1. Young Harris' match at Tusculum College Wednesday (Feb. 7) has been postponed due to expected rain and will be rescheduled. Young Harris will travel to Tigerville, South Carolina, Friday (Feb. 9) when they face North Greenville University in a 2 p.m. match.

Young Harris swept the doubles matches to take a 3-0 and won five of the six singles matches to clinch the victory.
