FLORENCE, S.C. | The University of North Georgia defeated Young Harris College 5-2 in an elimination match of the 2017 Peach Belt Conference Men's Tennis Tournament Saturday (April 22) afternoon at the Dr. Eddie Floyd Florence Tennis Center.
The 13th-ranked Nighthawks improved to 19-4, while the Mountain Lions ended their 2017 season with a 10-13 ledger.

Tim Fleerkamp teamed up to win the No. 3 doubles match 8-1 as North Georgia took a 2-1 lead after doubles. Young Harris tied the match at 2 after
Raul Quevedo recorded the final victory of his career when earned the point at No. 4 singles with a 6-2, 6-1 win. The Nighthawks won the next three matches to earn the team victory over their cross-mountain rival.
