COLUMBUS, Ga. | No. 6 Columbus State University registered a 7-2 Peach Belt Conference men's tennis victory over Young Harris College Saturday (Feb. 25) afternoon at the Cooper Creek Tennis Center.
The Cougars improved to 7-0 overall and to 2-0 in the league, while the Mountain Lions fell to 2-5 and 0-2. Young Harris wraps up the weekend trip Sunday (Feb. 26) when they travel to Americus, Georgia, for an 11 a.m. PBC match against Georgia Southwestern State University.Â
Young Harris claimed wins at No. 1 and No. 3 doubles to open up a 2-1 lead, but the Cougars swept all six singles matches. The Mountain Lions' No. 1 doubles team of
