DAHLONEGA, Ga. – The University of North Georgia snapped Young Harris College's five-match win streak with its 6-3 Peach Belt Conference men's tennis victory in a battle of cross-mountain rivals Tuesday (March 24) afternoon at the UNG Tennis Complex.
The No. 30-ranked Nighthawks improved to 8-2 overall and to 4-2 in the league while the Mountain Lions, who are ranked No. 10 in the latest ITA Southeast Regional rankings, fell to 9-5 and 2-5. Young Harris steps out of conference play Wednesday (March 25) with a 2 p.m. contest against Shorter University in Rome, Georgia.
