HARROGATE, Tenn. –  Young Harris College defeated Lincoln Memorial University 7-2 in a non-conference men's tennis match Sunday (Feb. 8) afternoon at the LMU Tennis Complex.

The No. 33-ranked Mountain Lions improved to 2-0 and they will now travel to Brevard, North Carolina, for a 2 p.m. match Wednesday (Feb. 11) against Brevard College.

YHC took a 2-1 lead after the doubles matches after Brecht Vansgrinsven and Federico Terreni rallied from a 7-4 deficit at No. 3 flight and won the final five games to win the match 9-7.

Young Harris then won five of the six singles matches to claim the match.
