YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | The Young Harris College men's tennis team dropped a nonconference matchup to Middle Georgia State, 5-2, on Saturday morning in Young Harris.

Middle Georgia State claimed the doubles point with wins at the No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 positions before singles play.. The Mountain Lions picked up two singles victories, but the Knights secured the overall match by winning four of the six singles contests.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:

• Noah Pawirodirjo earned a strong 6-1, 6-3 victory at No. 1 singles.

• Noah Torrealba Auerbach battled to a three-set win at No. 6 singles, 7-6, 4-6, 6-4.

• Guillem Busquets Brau pushed his match to three sets at No. 3 singles before falling 4-6, 7-5, 6-7.
