ROME, Ga. | The Mountain Lions hit the road to face Shorter University at the Alto Park Softball Complex on March 28th, winning one of two matchups. Game one stretched into extra innings, where the Hawks secured a 7-6 victory with a walk-off three-run homer by Abby Brown. In game two, Young Harris bounced back with a 4-2 win. The Mountain Lions now hold a 14-18 record, while the Hawks stand at 8-23.Â
