YOUNG HARRIS, GA |Â In a back-and-forth game, Young Harris falls just short to the Mount Olive Trojans with a final score of 13-10 (Mar 22
nd).
Hunter Stagg had an impressive five goals and two assists on the afternoon.

The Mountain Lions move to 4-5 overall and are 2-1 in Conference Carolinas play. The Trojans are 3-5 overall and are 2-1 in Conference Carolinas.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- YH trailed 5-3 after the first fifteen minutes. Hunter Stag scored twice within thirty seconds of each other, followed by John McElhenny's goal.Â
- In the second quarter, it was all Mountain Lion action. Grady Stokes and David Traywick found the back of the net with assistance from Hunter Stagg and Jeremy Rice.
- Heading into the half, the game was tied at five.Â
- The third fifteen can be summarized by three UMO goals and two from Hunter Stagg.
- It was the fourth quarter that meant the most. The Trojans found the back of the net five times to the Mountain Lions' three (Gunnar Fagerstrom, Ben Soenen, and Anderson Kesinger).Â
- Hunter Stagg, Grady Stokes, Jeremy Rice, Indiana Crawford, and Aiden McGowen all picked up assists.Â
- Young Harris led Mount Olive in most statistical categories. They out shot Mount Olive 44-32, the Trojans had 25 turnovers to the Mountain Lions'13, and YH picked up 32 ground balls to UMO's 21.
- UMO did win the face-off battle, winning 13 to YH's 11.
