ELKINS, WV |Â After getting so close to a shutout on Monday,
Abbie Gallagher and the rest of the Mountain Lions got it done today over Davis & Elkins with a final score of 17-0 (Mar 12
th). Young Harris had eight different girls find the back of the net and Gallagher was solid in front of the goal with eight saves.Â

The Mountain Lions advance to 5-3 and Davis & Elkins move to 0-5 on the season.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- This game was all Mountain Lion offense. Putting up 17 goals over the course of sixty minutes, YH had eight different athletes find the back of the net.Â
- Riley Parker (4), Ashlyn Fraley (3), Addison Heiser (3), Sydney Craig (2), Jess Sujishi (2), Mary Troyer (1), Kayla Lynn (1), and Hayden Hennessy (1) scored this afternoon.
- The Young Harris facilitators were Mary Troyer (3), Riley Parker (2), Sydney Craig (1), Ashlyn Fraley (1), and Jaidyn Cochran (1) who led in assists.Â
- Heading into halftime, the Mountain Lions were on top 11-0.
- Young Harris took 37 shots to Davis & Elkins 10.
- Draw controls were dominated by YH who won 13 to D&E's 7.
- YH goalie Abbie Gallagher had a career performance with a shutout and eight saves.
