EMORY, VA. Young Harris pulled out a dominant 14-3 road win against the Emory & Henry Wasps yesterday afternoon (Feb 15
th).
Tommy Chriszt was a standout for the Mountain Lions; he finished with a hat trick and five assists.Â

The Mountain Lions move to 2-2 and the Wasps move to 0-3 on the 2025 campaign.Â

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Tommy Chriszt came out firing in the opening minutes. He recorded a hat trick in the first fifteen minutes. Chriszt finished the day with three goals and five assists. Tanner Redmon and Grady Stokes assisted two of these goals.
- YH took charge in the first half, putting up a staggering 11 goals.Â
- Emory & Henry's Dakotah Hawkins and Peyton Leftwich were the lone goal scorers for the Wasps before halftime.
- The second half was slower for both sides. The Mountain Lions found the back of the net three times, credited to Grady Stokes, David Traywick, and Colburn Connelly.
- Young Harris took 52 shots to Emory & Henry's 27.
- 16 face offs were won by the Mountain Lions, 5 by the Wasps.
