Box Score ANDERSON, SC. The Mountain Lions fell short in the season opener at Anderson, with a 27-4 final score (Feb 1
st). Competing against a tough regional opponent, Young Harris is looking to bounce back at home next week.
The Mountain Lions move to 0-1 and the Trojans move to 1-0 on the 2025 season.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- The Trojans got the ball rolling early, jumping out to a quick 5-0 lead.
- Colburn Connelly found the back of the net eight minutes into the first quarter.
- Christopher Redding and Colburn Connelly came through just before the half with a goal apiece. Anderson led 15-3.
- Ben Soenen had a late unassisted goal in the 4th quarter.
- The Trojans had an impressive 19 different scorers.
