WISE, Va. | Young Harris College Men's Basketball dropped an 85-51 decision to UVA Wise Wednesday evening at the David J. Prior Convocation Center. The Mountain Lions move to 1-2 on the season after facing a strong Cavaliers squad. 

Young Harris trailed 47-18 at halftime but showed major improvement in the second half, scoring 33 points and shooting nearly 30 percent from the field after the break. 

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE: 

• Carl Cleveland led the Mountain Lions with 11 points and 10 rebounds, earning the double-double. 

• Christian Drummer added seven points and three assists, while Willie Jones chipped in seven points and five rebounds. 

• Cameron Bleshoy contributed six points and eight boards, helping Young Harris finish with 38 rebounds overall. 

• The Mountain Lions knocked down eight three-pointers and converted 92.9 percent of their free throws (13-of-14). 

• Young Harris scored 24 points off the bench and added 12 points off turnovers. 

• UVA Wise was paced by Kam Roberts, who scored 15 points, and Yoro Diallo, who posted 12 points and 12 rebounds.

Young Harris stays on the road on Saturday (Nov. 22) to face UNC Pembroke. Tip-off is set for 4:00 PM, opening conference play for the Mountain Lions.
