BRISTOL, Tenn. | Young Harris College men's soccer scored three straight goals late in the second half to beat King University 5-4 in Saturday's Conference Carolinas opener.
Ivar Nå Aga. led the way, scoring two goals and
Leo Skogsfjord netted his first goal as a Mountain Lion.

FIRST HALF
- Twenty minutes into the match, Charlie Wilde fielded a long throw in from Bjorn Jonasson and hit Leho Le Louarn in stride at the top of the box. Louarn took a long dribble, and side heeled it past the keeper into the back of the net to put the Mountain Lions up 1-0.
- Pedro Herrera got King back in the game with back-to-back goals, putting The Tornado up 2-1. Herrera came up with a loose ball in the box and found the back left corner of the net to tie the game at one. Three minutes later, Herrera headed one past Aycock off a free kick to give King the lead.
- In the 28th minute, Thomas Kleinpenning lifted a beautiful ball deep into the box and Ivar Nå Aga. volleyed it past King's keeper to level the score at two.
SECOND HALF
- Renan Caruso took an early free kick. He laced it right at Aycock who made the save. YHC immediately countered, but Gauthier Lumale made a great save on Philip Abda to keep the score at two all.
- King's Anderson Moore scored the go-ahead goal with 17 minutes left in the match. The Tornado lifted a corner kick into the box. Ben Dalglish miss hit his shot, and Moore nailed it into the back of the net, making it 3-2.
- Minutes later, YHC capitalized off a long throw in. Charlie Wilde took a shot in the box and Zander Filip deflected it into the goal to tie the game back at three.
- On the next possession, the Mountain Lions earned a free kick. Wilde lofted it into the box and Nå Aga was all alone on the back post. He scored to put YHC up 4-3.
- In the 79th minute, Louarn passed it to Leo Skogsfjord in the box. Skogsfjord curved a great shot past Lumale for his first goal as a Mountain Lion and Young Harris' fifth of the game.
- King's Ricky Sexton launched a laser from downtown and scored to bring the deficit to one, 5-4, with two minutes to go.
- Young Harris survived the final two minutes for their first conference win. The Mountain Lions registered 13 shots in the match with nine on target.
