TIGERVILLE, S.C. | North Greenville University scored four runs in the sixth innng to rally past Young Harris College 9-5 in a battle of nationally ranked baseball teams Wednesday (April 5) evening at Ashmore Park.
The Crusaders, who are ranked No. 2 in the Collegiate Baseball poll and No. 1 in the NCBWA poll, improved to 32-5, while the No. 30/23 Mountain Lions fell to 25-11. Young Harris will have a quick turnaround as they will host Claflin University in a noon Peach Belt Conference doubleheader Thursday (April 6) at Zell B. Miller Field.
INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:
	- North Greenville hit four home runs in the game.
- YHC took a 1-0 lead on a throwing error by North Greenville in the first.
- The Mountain Lions reclaimed the lead at 3-2 on Drew Bray's two-run single through the left side in the third inning.
- Ethan Underwood's two-run homer to right field in the fourth inning gave the Mountain Lions a 5-3 lead. It was Underwood's third long ball of the season.
- The Crusaders tied the game at 5 in the fifth and took the lead for good with a four-run sixth inning.
- Zach Murray (4-3) took the loss in relief.
- YHC collected nine hits as Bray and James Basham led the way with two hits apiece.
