Young Harris falls to UAH

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. | The Young Harris College men's lacrosse team fell to the University of Alabama in Huntsville 16-2 in Saturday (April 16) afternoon's Peach Belt Conference match at Charger Park.

Young Harris fell to 0-12 overall and 0-3 in the Peach Belt, while the Chargers improved to 7-6 and 3-0. YHC returns to action Saturday (April 23) with a noon PBC contest against the University of Montevallo at the YHC Soccer and Lacrosse Field.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:

Wyatt Peek and Nic Baker scored the two Mountain Lion goals.
Jeremy Rice dished out one assist.
Ben Soenen led Young Harris with six ground balls, Jacob Haas scooped up four, and Malcolm Henke totaled three.
Soenen and Jacob Miller caused three turnovers apiece.
Dylan Wilbur recorded the loss for YHC. Wilbur had six saves over a 47:32 span in goal, while Colin Korry totaled three saves in 12:28 minutes played.
