YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | Congratulations to Mountain Lions Women's Indoor Track & Field freshman Ryan Singh on being named the Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Month for December. 

Singh made an immediate impact in her collegiate debut at the JDL Early Bird Invitational in Winston-Salem, N.C. Competing in the 400-meter dash, the freshman recorded a ninth-place finish with a time of 1:02.19 in her first collegiate race.

Her strong opening performance set the tone for her collegiate career and earned her recognition as the league's top freshman for the month, marking another milestone for the Young Harris College women's indoor track & field program.
