QUOTE FROM DIRECTOR OF GOLF JOHN LICHTENWALNER:
"Very disappointing week to finish our season. We had a few guys who just weren't sharp, for a myriad of reasons. It's the little things that lead to success in team golf, like avoiding three putts and playing par 5's well." Continuing, "The team is going to look very different next season, with us graduating four seniors next month. I hope the returners remember what it feels like to finish ninth in the Conference Championship, because we want to work hard all season to avoid that feeling in the future!"
INSIDE THE SCORECARD:
YHC finished the championship with a team score of 910 (+46), posting rounds of 307, 302, and 301—improving each day of the tournament.
