UNC Pembroke Tops Young Harris

The Brave’s offense was a tough one to compete with this afternoon, as the Mountain Lions fell short with a final score of 86-66.

YOUNG HARRIS, GA. The Brave's offense was a tough one to compete with this afternoon, as the Mountain Lions fell short with a final score of 86-66 (Feb 8^th). Karl Chavis recorded 27 points on his senior day.

The Mountain Lions move to 15-8 overall and are 10-5 in Conference Carolinas. The Braves move to 16-6 overall and are 13-2 in Conference Carolinas.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:

Karl Chavis was outstanding with a team-high 27 points. He finished 8-17 from the field and nailed 11-14 from the charity stripe.
Carl Cleveland picked up another double-double with 11 points and 10 boards.
The Braves had 38 points in the paint to the Mountain Lions 26 points.
UNC Pembroke had four scorers in double-digit points.
Bradlee Haskell had 26 points and shot an impressive 8 of 15 from the field and nailed 6 of 8 from beyond the arc.
