YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | The Mountain Lions women's tennis team took control from the start at the Bob & Gayle Nichols Tennis Complex, delivering a commanding 7-0 full sweep over Mars Hill University. 

Young Harris improves to 2-3 on the season with the victory.

The Mountain Lions secured the doubles point with dominant play across all three courts: 

• Maud Scholten & Futaba Saito (6-0) and Holly Ashford & Kenzie Imsand (6-1) overpowered their opponents to clinch the early advantage. 

In singles competition, Young Harris continued its momentum, winning in straight sets across the board: 

• Simone Mercier (6-3 & 6-0), Viviana Gomez (6-0 & 6-2), Callie Stanfield (6-1 & 6-1), and Isabella Ezeta (6-0 & 6-0) controlled their matches from the baseline, dictating play with strong groundstrokes and strategic shot placement to secure the shutout.
