YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | Justin Payne delivered a strong week for Young Harris College with standout performances on November 25 and November 29. Against Emmanuel, he put up 19 points, adding five rebounds, four assists, and a key defensive presence to help lift the Mountain Lions to a 67–55 win. Four days later, he followed it with a 22-point performance versus Clayton State, knocking down four threes and going perfect from the free-throw line. His efficiency and shot-making were pivotal as Young Harris secured a 79–71 victory. Payne's back-to-back standout outings earned him Mountain Lion of the Week honors from Young Harris Athletics. 

Annalise Malone had a big week for Young Harris Mountain Lions. On Nov. 25, she chipped in 13 points, six rebounds and four assists in a close win over the Emmanuel University Lions. Then on Nov. 29 she exploded for 25 points and seven boards while shooting 8-of-15 from the field and 9-of-10 at the line in a convincing 78–62 win over the UVA Wise Cavaliers. For her efforts, she was honored as Mountain Lion of the Week by the school. Her play during those games showed she can both score and contribute across the stat sheet; a key asset for the Mountain Lions.
