Due West, S.C.| The Mountain Lions, led by Carl Cleveland's 28-point double-double, took down the Flying Fleet on Wednesday night. Young Harris dominated the post, grabbing 45 rebounds, compared to Erskine's 21. 

Young Harris improved to 8-5 overall, and Erskine College dropped to 2-9. The Mountain Lions return to action on Saturday (Jan. 6) evening against the University of Mount Olive in Young Harris, GA. 

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE 

• Carl Cleveland continued his dominant 2023-24 campaign, scoring 28 points and grabbing 11 rebounds on his way to another double-double. 

• Eden Davis and Cole Deptula scored 11 and 10 points respectively for Young Harris.

• Corey Gaines scored 17 for the Flying Fleet and added three assists. 

• The Mountain Lions shot 47.9% from the field and 80% from the charity stripe. 

• The game included seven lead changes, but YHC led for 66.4% of the game.
