Young Harris, GA| Young Harris took down the Falcons from Pfeiffer University on Thursday (Jan. 25) night at the Harp Recreation and Commencement Center. The Mountain Lions dominated from start to finish, as they honored Karl Chavis pregame for his 1,000-point milestone that he hit last weekend.
The Mountain Lions improved to 11-8 overall and an astonishing 8-2 record at home this season. The Falcons from Pfeiffer University dropped to 6-7 overall on the season. Young Harris returns to action on Saturday (Jan. 27) evening where they take on Converse University in Spartanburg, S.C.

Carl Cleveland led the way tonight for Young Harris, scoring 17 points, collecting six rebounds, and adding three assists.

Eden Davis finished second in points for the Mountain Lions, with 16 points, and a team leading four assists.

The Falcons leading scorer was split three ways, with Doug Smith, Alex Cunningham, and DeJaun Sidney putting up 10 points apiece.

Young Harris shot 53.7% from the field, whilst Pfeiffer shot just 34.3 percent.

The Mountain Lions had 49 points off the bench and outrebounded Pfeiffer University 47 to 37.
