MURFREESBORO, NC| The Chowan Hawks got out to an early 9-0 lead and put the Mountain Lions on their heels. YHC struggled to get things going and could not keep up with the Hawks' high-scoring offense, resulting in a tough 52-71 loss (Jan 20).
The Mountain Lions move to 7-11 overall and are 3-5 in Conference Carolinas, while the Hawks move to 7-6 overall and are 7-2 in Conference Carolinas. YHC returns home against the Crusaders of North Greenville University this Wednesday (Jan 24), at 6:30pm.
