YOUNG HARRIS, GA.| After a slower first quarter, Young Harris put the game away in the second half. The Mountain Lions executed on defensive rebounds and were able to keep the Tornado on their toes.
The Mountain Lions move to 7-10 overall and are 3-4 in Conference Carolinas, while the Tornado moves to 1-15 overall and are 0-6 in Conference Carolinas. YHC will take on the Crusaders of North Greenville University this Wednesday (Jan 17th) at 5pm in The Harp Recreation and Commencement Center.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Maggie Adebanjo had a double-double, with 12 points and 10 rebounds.
- Three Mountain Lions had double digit points this afternoon.
- On the defensive side of the ball, Crystal Corley (4) and Kamryn Bates (3) led YHC in steals.
- Young Harris closed the game well, keeping King to only 5 points in the 4th quarter.
