Young Harris soars past Oglethorpe 7-0

YOUNG HARRIS, Ga.  | The Young Harris College women's tennis team recorded a 7-0 non-conference victory over Oglethorpe University Saturday (March 11) afternoon at the Bob & Gayle Nichols Tennis Complex.

The Mountain Lions leveled their record at 6-6, while the Stormy Petrels fell to to 3-1. Young Harris will host the University of Texas-Tyler at 1 p.m. Wednesday (March 15).

  • The Mountain Lions won two of the three doubles matches to earn the doubles point before taking all six singles matches in straight sets.
