YOUNG HARRIS, GA| The Mountain Lions lost a close one in their home opener, losing 72-82 to the Mars Hill Lions (Nov 15th). Cole Deptula nailed 2 free throws to send the game to OT, but the Lions' offense prevailed.

The Mountain Lions move to 0-3 overall and are 0-0 in Conference Carolinas, while the Lions move to 1-3 overall and are 0-0 in the SAC. YHC will play Edward Waters away at 2pm CT, this Saturday (Nov 18th).

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:

· Cole Deptula and Carl Cleveland led the Mountain Lions in points tonight with 22 and 20, respectively.

· Defensively, Kolbe Ashe had 2 steals and Paul Hosey had 3 blocks.

· Kadyn Dawkins and Kendall Davis were big contributors for the Lions. Dawkins put up 16 points and went 4-9 from the 3-point line. Davis had a double-double, with 17 points and 10 assists on the night.
